What we collect. When you book, call, or message us (by phone, on our website, by text, on Instagram or Facebook) we keep your first name, your mobile number, the service you asked for and your appointment times, so that we can confirm, remind and serve you. Card payments for deposits are handled by Clover; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it. To run your appointments and answer your messages, including through our automated receptionist, Sara. With your consent we may send occasional appointment-related and salon news texts; reply STOP to any text to end them.

Instagram and Facebook messages. When you message our Instagram or Facebook page, we receive your message and your public profile name through Meta's platform so that we can reply. We do not use this data for anything else and we do not sell it.

Sharing. We share data only with the providers that run our systems (hosting, text messaging, payments, Meta's messaging platform) and only to provide the service. We never sell personal information.

Keeping and deleting. We keep appointment records for as long as you are a client. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data: e-mail superstarhairstudio@yahoo.ca or call 905-884-2521 and we will do it within 30 days.

Data deletion for Instagram and Facebook users. To have the data we received from your Meta account deleted, send us a message from that account or e-mail us; we delete it and confirm.

حریم خصوصی — سالن سوپراستار. وقتی رزرو می‌کنید یا با ما تماس یا پیام می‌دهید (تلفن، وبسایت، پیامک، اینستاگرام یا فیسبوک)، نام، شماره‌ی موبایل، سرویس و زمان نوبت‌تان را نگه می‌داریم تا نوبت‌تان را تأیید و یادآوری کنیم. پرداخت بیعانه از طریق Clover انجام می‌شود و ما هرگز شماره‌ی کارت شما را نمی‌بینیم. اطلاعات شما فروخته نمی‌شود و فقط با ارائه‌دهندگان سیستم‌های ما (میزبانی، پیامک، پرداخت، پلتفرم پیام‌رسانی متا) و فقط برای انجام سرویس در میان گذاشته می‌شود. برای دیدن، اصلاح یا حذف اطلاعات‌تان کافی است پیام بدهید یا تماس بگیرید؛ ظرف سی روز انجام می‌شود.
